The Catholic High School Entrance Exam will be administered on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023. Students may register for the test in November. Consult the Catholic high school where the student intends to enroll for the 2023/24 school year for information on the pre-registration process. The entrance exam fee is $25, payable either by cash or check to the school administering the exam.
Saturdays, November 4th through 25th, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. or 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at St. Barnabas School
This HSPT course covers all 5 sections of the test: Verbal Skills, Reading, Mathematics, Quantitative Skills, and Language. The course begins with a comprehensive assessment exam, and the rest of the course focuses on learning content. By the program’s end, students know how to tackle every type of problem on the HSPT – and effectively manage their time and the test.

The two-day course will be offered virtually. All students will be using interactive software to navigate the material and keep everyone engaged, included, and on the same page. The class will be held on October 28th and 29th from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. Register online at Redwood Prep.
Attention 8th graders! Do you want to go over math prep materials before you take your entrance exams for high school? Five math review sessions will be available to all SOSM 8th graders at no charge.
