To see your complete lunch order anytime, log into your account and click Statements or Confirmed Orders. This will show your confirmed lunch orders.

Orders, changes, or cancellations need to be checked out prior to Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. for the next week's lunches. This is when we process the lunch orders and guarantee them to the restaurants. We have no way to change, cancel, or add orders with the restaurants after the Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. processings deadline, including student absence.
If a student needs to quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure, please cancel lunches online directly on your account before the above Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. deadline. If you have missed the deadline, please email us prior to the dates you will miss for consideration of a courtesy Kiddos credit. We are unable to provide credit for quarantine dates that have already passed.
Kiddos credits are provided when a lunch order is canceled. Kiddos credits are auto-applied during the checkout process the next time you place a lunch order. All unused Kiddos credits expire at the end of the school year and are non-refundable.
Entrees and sides are subject to change based on availability. If the entree or side purchased is not available, an alternate entree or side will be provided.
The restaurants are not peanut-free, tree nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, or free of other allergens. While the restaurants take great care to prevent cross-contamination, cross-contamination can occur; therefore, we cannot guarantee any of the food items are safe for children with allergies, including items marked gluten-free. The packaged sides that accompany entrees may be processed in plants that process peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, gluten, or other allergens and, therefore, may contain them. Entrees marked gluten-free do not include gluten-free sides. Please contact the restaurants directly to answer any allergy questions you may have, understanding that they cannot guarantee the food is safe for children with allergies, and they cannot customize the preparation of your child's meals.
During this challenging time, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff. All lunches are individually packaged and labeled by the restaurants, with the student's name, date, and item ordered.
Warming equipment is utilized by school staff at each school to ensure the lunches stay warm until we distribute them to your child.
