School Supply Lists
SOSM partnered with 1st Day School Supplies to offer an online sale through July 1, 2024. Kits ordered through 1st Day School Supplies will be delivered directly to the School of St. Mary and placed in the student’s classroom. The online sale can help families save money through discounted prices and free shipping. Please order supplies, organized by campus, through the following links:
For families not taking advantage of the sale, please see the links below for requested grade-level school supplies. Please purchase the exact items that are listed.
Students in kindergarten through 8th grade are required to wear uniforms. It is an essential element of Catholic education. The uniform guidelines are posted for each campus using the links below.
Find complete uniform requirements and detailed instructions for ordering uniforms on our Uniform Information Page under Student Life. There, you will find more information on ordering new uniforms from Lands End and purchasing gym uniforms for 4th through 8th graders (UGC students only).
Parents Association will hold a used uniform sale on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the UGC cafeteria. Questions about the uniform? Email Ms. Clare Lyons (clyons@schoolofstmary.org).
You may express a preference, but it may not be honored as we need to balance each classroom with different circumstances, including skill level, gender, and student temperament.
Edible birthday treats are not encouraged due to potential allergies in the classroom; items like pencils or stickers are a much safer choice. If you would like to send a treat for your child's birthday, the items must be individually wrapped, store-bought, in a sealed package. Homemade treats are never allowed.
