First Day of School
Tuesday, August 22, 8:30 a.m. - 1st - 8th Grade, dismissal 2:05 p.m. at the PGC, 2:21 p.m. UGC
Wednesday, August 23, 8:30 a.m. - First Day for Preschool and Kindergarten Classes
First Week of school notes for Early Elementary
Preschool Intake Conferences will be held on TBD. You will receive communication on how to sign-up for a time slot.
Half-Day Schedule: All early elementary students (Little Angels - Kindergarten) will be on a half-day schedule from August 23 - 25, with dismissal at 11:30 a.m. This includes students registered for the full-day program.
The full-Day Program begins on Monday, August 28th.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

Bus service will begin on Monday, August 29, 2022.
Morning Route:
8:15 a.m. Pick-up at the Grace United Methodist Church’s parking lot located on East Scranton Avenue in Lake Bluff
8:25 a.m. Drop off Upper Grade Center students & pick up additional PGC students (east end of the Oakwood lot)
8:50 a.m. Drop-off students at the Primary Grade Center
Afternoon Route:
3:15 p.m. Pick-up students at Primary Grade Center
3:40 p.m. Drop-off Lake Forest riders & pick up Lake Bluff riders at the Upper Grade Center
3:50 p.m. Drop off Lake Bluff riders at the Grace United Methodist Church parking lot on East Scranton Avenue in Lake Bluff

Parents may purchase school supply kits online through 1st Day School Supplies. You must place Supply Kit orders by July 1.

Student Uniforms
Students are required to wear the designated school uniforms as described in the guidelines below. Please click on each campus below to review the uniform guidelines.
You may express a preference, but it may not be honored as we need to balance each classroom with different circumstances, including skill level, gender, and student temperament.
Edible birthday treats are not encouraged due to potential allergies in the classroom; items like pencils or stickers are a much safer choice. If you would like to send a treat for your child's birthday, the items must be individually wrapped, store-bought, in a sealed package. Homemade treats are never allowed.
