St. Mary’s Mathematicians will focus on introducing and practicing math facts and lay the foundation for the next school year. Students will rotate through centers, working in small groups, one-on-one with a teacher, and with partners to complete activities, games, and projects relating to the skills taught that day. Students will work at their appropriate academic levels and will be able to have one-on-one assistance with a teacher to better their understanding. They will have a recess and a snack break during the day. The camp will run two sessions the first from June 17-21 from 9:00 - 11:00 am. The second session will run from August 5-9 from 9:00 - 11:00 am. Click HERE for the registration form for June and HERE for the registration form for August.
Book Club and Breakfast will promote the love of reading as students interact with their peers in a social setting. Keeping their reading, writing, and speaking skills sharpened. The children will read a chapter book, complete a book study, and participate in a meaningful discussion with a small group. We will also begin each session with a provided breakfast! This is great for avid readers who have a desire to share their love of reading as well as reluctant readers who need to build comprehension and motivation. The camp is offered for incoming third and fourth graders and will run June 24, 25 and July 1,2 from 8:00am-10:00 am at the Primary Grade Center. The cost is $240 per session and includes the purchase of a chapter book for each student. Click HERE for the registration form.

Volunteer at Camp Hope this Summer!
Camp Hope is a week-long camp for children and young adults with disabilities in Ingleside, Illinois. We're looking for juniors and seniors who can be buddies. A buddy is a counselor, friend, and caretaker to a camper with special needs.
Our campers are joyful, and our buddies become selfless, giving their all to their campers. We are one of the few camps for people with disabilities with a one-to-one ratio in Illinois. Like any camp experience, campers and buddies form life-long friendships, but it's not only through shared fun, but through sacrifice and love.
