Register for the Silent Auction
Bidding starts at 5:00 p.m. on February 25th and will close on March 5th at 5:00 p.m. Visit the auction website and click on SILENT AUCTION to check out the items available for bidding. Here you will be able to view, search, and bid on all items.
There are amazing items for everyone in this year’s silent auction, including fabulous Count Me In Parties! (Learn more about the parties below.) All items are available to view now, so you can be ready to start bidding on February 25.
For easier bidding, you can enter (pre-set) your maximum bid – and then let the system do the bidding for you. If you are outbid, you will receive a text message (if you provide your cell phone info when you register).
Count Me In Parties raise support for the Crusader Fund while also offering fun and social engagement as a community. We’ve heard from parents that they love having more opportunities to socialize and connect with other families – and last year, nearly every Count Me In Party sold out quickly!
Count Me In Parties are fun and creative events with a fixed buy-in price. There are parties for kids and adults, and some events are designated for specific grade levels (check the descriptions closely). The party hosts have generously agreed to assume the full cost of the parties, so 100% of proceeds benefit the Crusader Fund. THANK YOU to our incredibly generous families and teachers for the creative and fun ideas this year!
Count Me In Party slots are available for purchase during the silent auction, February 25th – March 5th. You can sign up for as many as you’d like!
Once the silent auction closes on March 5 at 5:00 p.m., you may view all items you won – and all Count Me In Parties you signed up for – by clicking on VIEW MY ITEMS. You will also receive a notification on the evening of March 5, summarizing all items you won and other donations you have made. After the auction closes, you may view and process the final payment with the credit card you provided during registration. You will have until noon on March 6 to review and complete payment (using a different credit card if you’d like) – at which time the system will automatically process payment with the credit card on file.
